Provides safe patient care, clinical supervision, guidance and education to patients and families who participate in the Cardiac Rehabilitation program. Functions as an advisor and resource for Fitness Techs as a member of the patient care team.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate''s degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field; Nursing background; 1-3 years experience;Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment; Quinton QTel ECG Monitoring System; Maryland Registered Nurse License; American Heart Association CPR Certification; ACLS.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
