As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will provide direct integrated behavioral health services in support of integrated primary care and behavioral health services.
Behavioral Health encompasses prevention, intervention, and recovery from mental health and substance use conditions within the primary care setting.
Compensation &
Benefits:
o Salary:
$62,000 to $90,000 based on years of experience (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC) o Sign On Bonus:
$10,000 or $15,000 for Bilingual o Full

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psy D or PhD Preferred:
LCSW-C, LCPC, psychologist Licensure Required:

Two years of experience in the provision of outpatient mental health services with adults, children and/ or adolescents.
Experience in a primary care setting is strongly preferred.
