SUPERVISOR - EMERGENCY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Position
Summary:
This position is split approximately 50/50 between providing operational oversight of the psychiatric emergency services at Northwest Hospital and providing comprehensive Behavioral Assessments at the site.
Essential Functions:
Supervises and directs the activities of staff to ensure that safe, high quality, and efficient services are provided.
Coordinates behavioral health emergency services with Lifebridge's inpatient behavioral health units, the Emergency Departments, and other hospital departments.
Provides oversight supervision for clinical and clerical administrative staff.
Oversees the operations of the Behavioral Health services at Northwest Hospital.
Provides Direct Service Conducts and documents high quality behavioral health evaluations at Northwest Hospital.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education/Knowledge:
Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline Education Discipline:
Social Work (LMSW, but LCSW-C Preferred)
Experience:
3-5 years Recommended Skills Assessments Behavioral Medicine Clinical Works Emergency Psychiatry Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Licensed Master Social Worker Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
