The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to generate new business and relationships under pressure in a competitive industry.
This person should be comfortable working independently with a great personality.
Familiarity in property management and/or water restoration a plus, but not required.
You will need to be comfortable providing potential clients with cost estimates of the products or services we offer.
Responsibilities Include Being knowledgeable about the product and services offered Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Contact new customers to discuss needs Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems Answer questions about the products Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Skills Required:
Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry products Candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
